Description Our company is currently looking for a part time Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), with an immediate focus on managing billing and reconciliation functions. Responsibilities: + Record and manage daily financial transactions + Manage AP functions including vendor invoices, disbursements, and expense reports + Oversee AR functions including invoices, collections, and revenue recognition + Generate and manage outgoing bills and invoices, ensuring accurate, timely billing processes + Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts + Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions + Identify any discrepancies through a careful process of reconciliation + Update and maintain the financial database, including preparing reports as needed. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a bookkeeper, handling AP, AR, billing, and reconciliation responsibilities. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity, along with knowledge of accounting software, are also essential for this post. Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and have excellent organizational skills.
