Position: Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records and files Analyze budgets and prepare financial reports Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets Prepare invoices and handle payroll processing Assist with budget preparation Review and implement financial policies

Qualifications:

Stable Work History Bachelor's Degree Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Excellent organizational and time management skills
