As a key team member, you will take on a variety of important tasks, including account reconciliation, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. What You’ll Do: + Take charge of managing and overseeing the general ledger. + Execute thorough account reconciliations to ensure our financial reporting is spot on. + Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision and care. + Process, reconcile, and oversee all bank transactions efficiently. + Perform essential bookkeeping duties, including data entry and meticulous record keeping. + Use Microsoft Excel to create impactful financial reports and streamline tasks. + Ensure timely completion of month-end closing procedures to keep us on track. + Review financial reports regularly and swiftly address any issues or discrepancies. + Collaborate with a dynamic team to support our company’s overarching goals and objectives.
