Description We are offering a short term contract part-time employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Scottsdale, Arizona. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling essential financial tasks such as processing and monitoring payments, maintaining accurate records, and conducting reconciliations. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices. Responsibilities: • Organize and manage incoming mail and bills • Conduct monthly reports and process payments • Handle bank drafts and ensure efficient and accurate data entry • Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for various operations • Oversee the collection process for 144 units • Conduct formal reconciliations using balance sheet and bank statements • Ensure accurate record keeping and timely reporting • Process and monitor customer credit applications • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Skilled in Bank Reconciliations • Familiarity with Bookkeeping practices • Ability to perform efficient Data Entry • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Month End Close procedures • Experience with Payroll processing • Proficiency in QuickBooks software • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
