Description We are in search of a Bookkeeper to join our team in the CPA industry, based in Papillion, Nebraska. The selected candidate will play an integral role in managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining precise customer credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. This opportunity also includes the monitoring and management of customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including problem-solving and troubleshooting • Conduct bank account reconciliation tasks • Perform accounts receivable and payable duties • Oversee payroll processes and sales tax returns • Prepare and analyze financial statements • Use QuickBooks and other software for accounting tasks • Maintain accurate records and data entry tasks • Conduct month-end close procedures • Review the work of other staff members in the team • Possibly travel to client offices around the Omaha metro area in the future.
