Bookkeeper Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $24.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)

Job Duties:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processingPrepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statementsProcess and record company expenses, purchase orders, and invoicesPrepare and assist with the filing of tax returnsAssist CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning effortsAssist in Implementing a new Inventory Management System 

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

Proven experience as a full Charge Bookkeeper (5+ years)Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks) and payroll management and tax preparation Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingAttention to detail and organizational skills Prior Inventory management experience
