Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Description

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks and providing support to the finance team. This role includes handling financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will assist with general office tasks, including scheduling meetings, processing time sheets, and managing employee files.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports for approximately 8 employees.Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.Prepare reports for the HQ CFO and Controller abroad.Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements for employees.Process hiring, maintain, and keep track of employee and contractor files.Reconcile and process time sheets.Manage the shipping and receiving of goods.Conduct clerical duties, including filing and answering phone calls.Handle other tasks as assigned.Essential Skills3+ years of accounting experience.Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and general office duties.Experience with QuickBooks.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.Experience with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.Work Environment

This is a full-time position, fully in-office, with working hours from 9am to 5pm, five days a week. You will be part of a very tight-knit team in an office of less than 10 people, comprising both technical field support and corporate personnel. The team is very flexible when it comes to schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
