Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Bookkeeper to work with our team in Issaquah, Washington, 98027, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and dealing with customer inquiries. The role involves processing customer credit card transactions, utilizing QuickBooks and case management software, and conducting audits within these systems. Responsibilities: • Accurately executing data entry tasks • Processing credit card transactions effectively • Utilizing QuickBooks and case management software for financial tasks • Maintaining accurate financial records within the case management system • Conducting audits within QuickBooks and the case management system • Collaborating with the external bookkeeper and the Director of Operations • Ensuring accurate account reconciliation • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable • Conducting bank reconciliations • Overseeing month-end close procedures and payroll tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Must have working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Demonstrated expertise in Bookkeeping is crucial • Proficient in Data Entry tasks • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close processes is needed • Must have knowledge of Payroll procedures • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
