Description Robert Half is currently partnering with a client out of multiple industries for a bookkeeper search. This role will primarily focus on accounting operations such as AP and AR, and will also include journal entry work within the general ledger. Great opportunity to join a growing company. Responsibilities: • Managing and processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Overseeing general ledger and journal entries • Conducting regular account reconciliation tasks • Ensuring the accuracy of bookkeeping records • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy • Assisting in the month-end close process Requirements • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations • Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles • Experience with ERP systems • Mastery of Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
