Description We are seeking a skilled part time (20 hours) Bookkeeper to join our team based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. As a part time Bookkeeper, your role will focus on updating support schedules, working in the general ledger, maintaining balance sheets, and completing bank reconciliations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handling account reconciliations to ensure accurate records • Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable • Performing bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Conducting data entry tasks with a high level of precision • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various bookkeeping tasks • Closing month-end accounts and ensuring all financial data is accurate • Working with Yardi software for property management accounting • Making journal entries as part of the company's financial procedures • Updating supporting schedules as part of the bookkeeping process. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a bookkeeping role • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes • Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures • Demonstrated skills in bookkeeping and financial record keeping • Proficiency in data entry tasks • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial data management • Experience with month-end close processes • Knowledge of Yardi property management software is highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
