Description PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER (24 hours per week) needed in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role is vital to our clients' operations, with responsibilities ranging from processing accounts receivable and payables to managing banking transactions and maintaining records. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of accounts receivable and payables to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Manage bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. • Handle the execution of payments, check runs, and check mailings. • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to keep financial records up-to-date. • Prepare board reports and financial reporting documents. • Oversee payroll operations for a team of 10-12 individuals, including part-time and 1099 employees. • Manage banking transactions and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Accurately record payments and donations received. • Utilize QuickBooks for online and desktop operations, as well as transitioning to QuickBooks online.
