Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to enhance our team in the real estate sector. The role is based in East Norriton, Pennsylvania, and offers a contract to long term employment opportunity. As a Bookkeeper, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing incoming invoices • Conducting monthly account reconciliations • Managing accounts payable and receivable • Performing data entry tasks efficiently • Conducting bank reconciliations • Utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks • Organizing and maintaining accurate financial records • Preparing and processing payroll • Handling month-end close procedures • Employing Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.
