Description We are inviting applications for the position of Bookkeeper in ROCKFORD, Illinois, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The individual will be tasked with maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing cash applications and cash collections operations. • Oversee account reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring timely and accurate billing. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline bookkeeping procedures. • Ensure efficient handling of commercial collections. • Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records. • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues as they arise. • Implement and adhere to company's financial policies and procedures.
