Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Gardena, California. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing financial data in our firm by conducting a range of duties including maintaining accurate financial records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Handle Account Reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate customer credit records • Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and transparency • Execute Bookkeeping responsibilities with precision and attention to detail • Conduct Data Entry tasks effectively and efficiently • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports • Oversee Month End Close operations to ensure financial accuracy • Handle Payroll duties in a timely and precise manner • Employ QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks and operations Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations • Strong Bookkeeping skills • Efficient in Data Entry tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Knowledge of Payroll systems and processing • Expertise in QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
