Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a part-time Bookkeeper in San Francisco. • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company • Take care of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Carry out bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy • Handle account reconciliation tasks • Execute data entry operations with high accuracy • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and reporting • Leverage Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze data • Conduct month-end close procedures efficiently • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
