Description We are offering an exciting long-term contract employment opportunity for a proactive Bookkeeper in Fall River, Massachusetts, 02720, United States. As a Bookkeeper, your main function will be to manage financial records, maintain customer accounts, and handle various office tasks. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Perform account and bank reconciliations • Manage invoices and payments via wire and ACHs • Maintain vendor lists and set up new vendors for ACHs • Greet and assist incoming visitors in a detail oriented manner • Respond to global emails promptly and in a detail oriented manner • Manage office duties and assist in maintaining an organized work environment • Utilize QuickBooks with inventory control mode for bookkeeping tasks • Pay taxes in a timely manner.
