Description We are looking for a proficient Bookkeeper to join our team in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. As a Bookkeeper, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities from processing financial transactions to maintaining accurate financial records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. • Maintain up-to-date financial records. • Perform account reconciliation tasks with precision. • Oversee and manage bank reconciliations. • Employ Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tasks. • Execute bookkeeping duties with accuracy and efficiency. • Manage property-related financial transactions using Yardi Breeze. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. • Proficiency in account reconciliation and the ability to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). • Demonstrated experience with bank reconciliations. • Solid bookkeeping skills and a keen eye for detail. • Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets. • Experience in property management, with an understanding of the financial aspects of this field. • Familiarity with Yardi Breeze or similar property management software.
