Description We are offering a temporary to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Albany, New York. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with a variety of duties in a small, dynamic workplace. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and addressing client inquiries. Responsibilities: • Maintain precise records of financial transactions. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. • Manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively. • Handle payroll tasks and ensure timely payment to employees. • Utilize QuickBooks for client-related tasks and data entry. • Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner. • Perform month-end close activities. • Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and data management. • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly. • Perform a variety of accounting tasks, demonstrating diversified skills.
