Description Specialized New York City based organization within the nonprofit sector, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper. This role primarily involves accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciliations, maintaining an effective system for managing grants and other related bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: • Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of invoices • Maintain a comprehensive system for managing grants • Assist in the performance of month-end close • Aid in the reconciliation of credit cards • Possess a strong understanding of grants and the processes involved in managing them.
