Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Dallas, Texas for a Bookkeeper to join a fantastic company within the healthcare/dental industry. Duties/Responsibilities: + Bank account reconciliations + Payroll Responsibilities + Timecard validation + Submission of payroll batches + Payroll management and taxation + 1099, 1095-C, and W-2 processing + Reconcile tax accounts for associated business entities ensuring the correct SUI taxes are paid + Expense reimbursements + Benefits administration + Full cycle accrual AR/AP + Maintain and reconcile supply invoices + Process vendor, contractor, and supplier payments + Reconcile daily deposits + Audit ledgers + Audit merchant services statements + Monthly credit card reconciliation + Administer insurance policies + Process refunds + Rent/lease payment and landlord relationship maintenance Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation processes and methods • Demonstrable skills in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliation procedures • Excellent bookkeeping skills and understanding of the principles • Capable of efficient Data Entry tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting • Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures • Ability to handle payroll responsibilities effectively • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks • Experience in using Paylocity software for managing payroll and HR functions.
