Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Yukon, Oklahoma. As a Bookkeeper, you will be required to carry out a variety of tasks in the finance industry, such as maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy • Keep up-to-date records of credit applications and customer accounts • Manage data entry operations with a high level of accuracy • Use Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting • Handle month-end close procedures efficiently • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tasks • Assist with tax preparation as needed • Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory. • Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP). • Ability to manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR). • Demonstrated experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations. • Proven Bookkeeping skills are required. • Must have accurate and efficient Data Entry capabilities. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is necessary. • Experience with Month End Close procedures. • Ability to process and manage Payroll. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. • Experience in Tax Preparation is highly desirable.
