Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper located in Woodland, California. The Bookkeeper will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining precise financial records, managing customer accounts, and handling customer inquiries. This role is within the industry of Bookkeeping and requires strong skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations. Responsibilities • Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts. • Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency. • Keep customer credit records updated and accurate. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed. • Perform account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. • Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks. • Carry out month-end close procedures to finalize financial records. • Perform administrative office tasks as needed, including managing commissions and using Epic software.
