Description We are excited to offer a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while managing essential financial records and ensuring the seamless operation of accounts. Responsibilities: + Enter, update, and maintain financial records with accuracy in QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and generating reports as needed. + Review, verify, and process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure timely payment and accurate recordkeeping. + Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate departments. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all transactions and communications are effectively managed. + Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications to ensure a streamlined workflows If interested, please send resume on a Word document to jim.Kirk@Roberthalf com OR marcella.misnik@roberthalf com Requirements + Proficiency in QuickBooks with hands-on experience managing financial transactions. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). + Demonstrated experience in processing invoices and/or managing accounts payable/receivable. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in managing phone communication with clients and internal teams. + Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
