Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in a location. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and addressing financial queries. You will also be tasked with monitoring and taking appropriate action on client accounts. Responsibilities • Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks • Process accounts payable and receivable • Perform bank reconciliations • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently • Maintain month-end close procedures • Execute payroll tasks as needed • Carry out account reconciliations • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Complete journal entries as required • Handle the pulling of bank statements Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Expertise in Bank Reconciliations • Strong Bookkeeping skills • Proficient in Data Entry tasks • Command of Microsoft Excel • Capable of handling Month End Close procedures • Experience in Payroll management • Proficiency in using QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
