About the Role: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeepers who thrive in dynamic environments. As part of our Full-Time Engagement Professional Services, you’ll support our clients by managing day-to-day financial activities like general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You’ll work with businesses across a variety of sectors, contributing to their success while expanding your skills. Requirements Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. + Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. + Maintain and reconcile the general ledger. + Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. + Assist with month-end and year-end closings. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices. Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role. + Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures. + Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage. + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. + Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of industries and clients. + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. + Certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus but not required.
