Description We are providing an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team, based in COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Virginia. This role is crucial in our industry, where you will be meticulously handling customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and processing applications. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and data entry • Conduct regular account reconciliation to maintain precise records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks • Perform bank reconciliations for maintaining financial clarity • Handle month-end close tasks diligently • Process payroll accurately and on time • Use QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks.
