Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Maintain precise financial records and oversee general ledger accountsHandle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and paymentsReconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracyProcess payroll and assist with payroll-related reporting and compliancePrepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statementsSupport tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsMonitor and track expenses, maintaining proper documentation for auditsUtilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data entry, analysis, and reportingUphold strict confidentiality of financial and personnel information.Bookkeeper Qualifications:
2+ years Bookkeeping experienceQuickBooks experience requiredAny Accounting/Finance degree is a +Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
