Description Robert Half is on the lookout for a meticulous part-time Bookkeeper to be a part of our client's team, located in Westport, Connecticut. The role involves handling various tasks related to bookkeeping such as managing and maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and addressing inquiries related to customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintenance and management of precise customer credit records • Assistance in invoicing tasks and handling Accounts Payable as required • Collaboration with external CPA when necessary • Proficient use of QuickBooks for specific projects • Contribution to answering queries related to pricing for fixtures and similar items • Regular data entry tasks and bank reconciliations • Utilization of Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
