Description Robert Half is hiring a proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team of approximately 12 professionals of a boutique financial services firm. In this role, you will work 15-16 hours per week, assisting with essential accounts receivable (AR) processes, collections, reconciliations, and responding to client inquiries. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, positive, and engaging remote work culture. Responsibilities: + Process and post customer payments accurately to the appropriate accounts using QuickBooks Online. + Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. + Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances. + Resolve billing discrepancies and issues directly with customers. + Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. + Assist with monthly cash reconciliations and preparation of financial statements, specifically for client-related matters. Requirements: + Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks remotely. + Excellent communication skills to engage with both clients and internal team members. + Prior experience in bookkeeping, AR processing, and reconciliations is highly preferred.
