Description We are currently offering an exciting opportunity in Greenville, Pennsylvania, for a Bookkeeper to join our team. The role is within the accounting industry and involves managing a range of tasks related to bookkeeping and payroll. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently processing Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing and Accounts Payable (AP) • Conducting regular bank reconciliations and account reconciliations • Ensuring the accurate entry of data into the system • Monitoring and maintaining customer credit records • Learning and managing the payroll system • Assisting with the month-end close process • Serving as a backup for the payroll person in the team • Daily cash posting and other related tasks as required Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) • Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations • Experience in Bookkeeping • Proficient in Data Entry • Mastery of Microsoft Excel • Experience with Month End Close • Ability to handle Payroll • Proficiency in QuickBooks Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
