Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining financial records, handling payroll, and processing financial transactions. This position falls within the accounting industry and will be based fully on-site. Responsibilities: • Handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth financial operations • Processing and entering invoices accurately using QuickBooks • Conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Ensuring accurate data entry across various platforms including Excel • Performing account reconciliations for both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Assisting with payroll procedures to guarantee timely and accurate payment • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets • Extracting data from various sources for reporting purposes • Performing end-of-month close procedures • Managing PDF manipulations as per the requirement.
