Description We offer an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Accountant with manufacturing experience to join our client team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be expected to maintain financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations. You will also be involved in the month-end close process and responsible for journal entries. Responsibilities: • Handle the complete Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing • Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including invoice creation and debt collection • Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial records • Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date • Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process • Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks • Ensure all financial records are accurate and ready for any audits or reviews. Requirements • Manufacturing industry experience is required • An accounting degree or similar is required. • Proficiency with complete cycle accounting • Ability to handle month-end close processes efficiently. • Must be skilled in QuickBooks.
