Job Description:
•\tManage employee records and HR documentation.
•\tAddress employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
•\tAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other benefits.
•\tCoordinate benefits enrollment and changes.
•\tProcess payroll accurately and on time.
•\tMaintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
•\tAddress payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
•\tPerform general accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
•\tReconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly.
•\tInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
•\tEnsure accurate and timely reconciliation of all accounts.
•\tMaintain accurate records of all payments made.
•\tCommunicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues.
•\tManage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
•\tMonitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
•\tApply payments to the correct accounts and maintain accurate records.
•\tEnsure all incoming payments are applied to the correct accounts.
•\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
-1-2+ years of full cycle HR experince (onboarding, benefits, etc)
-Must have payroll processing experince
-Needs general accounting experince (AR, reconciliations, paying billing, GL, JE)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
