Description We invite a Detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client in the hospitality industry. In this pivotal role, you will keep accurate records of financial transactions, oversee the maintenance of financial reports and handle basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: + Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner. + Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax payments, and various budget reports. + Develop periodic reports for management. + Reconcile bank statements. Requirements + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. + Prior experience as a Bookkeeper in the hospitality industry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software. + Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
