Contract to Hire position$24.04 /hourFirst ShiftAccounting & Finance Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries.Manage revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and financial reporting.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support company growth.Office Administration Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient work environment.Act as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers, managing contracts and procurement.Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, managing records, and assisting with benefits administration.Coordinate company-wide meetings, events, and internal communications.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.Manage office inventory, IT support coordination, and general administrative tasks.Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and office administration, preferably in a SaaS. Service or tech-driven environment.Strong understanding of GAAP principles, particularly for SaaS revenue recognition.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Business Central).Hands-on experience with subscription-based revenue models and financial reporting.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial forecasting.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
