Pay
All positions are paid opportunities (Pay is determined based on classification in college).
Students may be eligible to receive housing support and travel reimbursement.
Job purpose
The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry. The Arden campus offers a multitude of career opportunities and is in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Eager and willing to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges.Passion for the Automotive IndustryGood typing, word processing and communication skills.Knowledge of plant manufacturing operations.Ability to work well with others with minimum supervision.Effective problem-solving ability and hands on.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Mechanically inclined.General understanding of Engineering Drawings and ability to interpret them (Specific to Engineering Internships).Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability (preferred)Basic knowledge of manufacturing process (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are required to build relationships with team members.
