**Job Title: Boring Mill Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Boring Mill Operator to program CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360), set up the boring mill, select tooling, run parts, and conduct quality checks. Some jobs will involve existing programs, while others will require new programming. The role also includes editing G codes with Fanuc controls.
**Responsibilities**
+ Program CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360).
+ Set up and operate the boring mill.
+ Select and install appropriate tooling.
+ Run parts and ensure quality checks are conducted.
+ Edit G codes with Fanuc controls.
+ Program from blueprints and use Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3 years of experience in boring mill operation.
+ Proficiency in programming from blueprints.
+ Experience with Fusion 360 and Mastercam programming.
+ Ability to edit G codes with Fanuc controls.
+ Ability to run manual lathe or mill.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with any CAD/CAM programming software (Fusion 360 preferred).
+ Strong blueprint reading skills.
+ Capability to perform quality checks on parts.

**Work Environment**
Work in a well-equipped machine shop that includes welding and assembly areas, a design/programming area, and an office space up front.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
