JOB SUMMARY:

The Bottle Service Waitress is responsible for providing guests with a memorable bottle service experience, serving drinks, upselling bottles, bringing in clients, guest retention, promoting the venue, and booking tables on a monthly basis.

JOB DUTIES:

Recommending and selling beverages and bottles to guests Must be able to open and pour beverages for bottle service Must have the highest level of customer service with constant smile and engaging attitude. Serving drinks and occasionally food to guests Entering all order into the Point of Sales system Accepting money and making change when needed Assisting bartender with stocking, inventory, and general cleaning Ensuring compliance with all State and local alcohol ordinances and the implementation of these ordinances Performing cleaning side work as assigned Completing all service paperwork as required Adherence to SERVE-safe alcohol requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 21 years of age Previous server nightclub or nightclub experience required Night Club/Premium Lounge/High Volume Bar experience required 1+ years in customer service industry with a clear passion for service. Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer. Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments Working knowledge of bar equipment. Cash-handling skills, cash out procedures (voids, refires, guest disputes, etc.). Computer literacy (point of sale) Must comply with strict grooming and Uniform and appearance standards. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, i.e., federal and state The physical ability to carry medium trays with multiple drinks Must be able to tolerate loud music, crowds, club lighting. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time (8-10 hours). Must be able to lift/push and carry up to 35 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.  Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
