**Job Title: Bottling Line Technician** **Job Description** This position involves working on the bottling line to ensure that it is stocked, ready for production, and maintained. The Bottling Line Technician will be responsible for the line's operations and will call in supervisors or maintenance as needed. Additional tasks include loading/unloading bottling line machines, assisting with minor repairs/changeovers, and documenting faults and downtime. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude and the ability to distinguish between minor fixes and issues that require maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Operate bottling line machines/equipment safely and proficiently. + Identify malfunctions and troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly. + Assist in inspecting product and packaging throughout the various stages to ensure standards are met. + Help in daily set-ups. + Take responsibility for line stoppages and re-deploy other line personnel to attend to issues. + Assist in training the team to quickly identify/troubleshoot issues and make correct adjustments/corrections. + Provide real-time feedback for shift supervisors. + Assist with general housekeeping/sanitation duties. + Perform other tasks to keep the line producing a safe and standards-met product. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues. + Proficient communication skills to document downtime and report to shift supervisors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to work multiple shifts. + Experience in general labor, assembly, bottling, machine operation, high-speed manufacturing, production line, and assembly inspection. **Why Work Here?** Our client offers a GREAT benefits package and a unique work environment. The facility is non-climate controlled but remains comfortable due to guest tours of the production floor. There are currently two bottling lines situated next to each other, with plans to add more lines as the company grows. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
