Job Description/Responsibilities
The Bottling Records Coordinator reconciles daily production, enters bottling in ERP, and is cross trained to handle bulk processing entry. Receptionist duties include ordering supplies, updating the Digital Bulletin Board, coding AP invoices, maintaining AP files, FG and shipment records, and miscellaneous office duties.
Additional Job Duties
Responsible for routine administration work in support of Production. May schedule/assign personnel to Production lines in conjunction with Bottling Supervisors. Assists in maintaining records and provides communication support with vendors regarding equipment needs and problem resolutions.Assists the Department by handling the input of daily production reports into System 21 and JDE and the reconciliation of these reports. Records established KPI criteria for Bottling production into the KPI system. Assigns, enters and tracks all purchase order information for Bottling Maintenance. Maintains the held goods database.Continually seeks ways to improve performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators. Cross-trains in order to increase knowledge, improve processes, and to improve intra- and inter- departmental communications. Continuously reviews processes for improvement and to increase productivity and efficiency.Works closely with Supervisors to improve work-related skills, which will lead to improved performance and benefit professional growth as well as the company's success. Implements a Performance Development Plan that will facilitate personal improvement in at least 1 competency at any given time and facilitates improving individual performance against position description outcomes.Qualifications/Requirements
