This facility specializes in small format production (50mL-375mL bottles) leveraging 14 high speed production lines to produce over 13 million cases of various spirits annually.

Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate for the Bottling Supervisor with Northwest Ordinance Distilling, will drive the performance of the production floor on their shift. They will work hand in hand with various departments to ensure Bottling has what it needs to be successful along with resolving issues and driving performance. This role will be working closely with Plant Leadership and fellow Team Leads to instill and model the culture of our newest manufacturing facility in the Sazerac network. Founded on the principles of servant leadership and continuous improvement, the Bottling Team Lead will shape and develop a team of technical operators working to build the most efficient, flexible, and engaged plant and team in the Sazerac Manufacturing Network.
Specifically, the Bottling Supervisor will:
Apply principles of servant leadership to help the team develop and perform as highly as possible to achieve quality and production specificationsProvide technical assistance to the team to drive facility performance through data analysis and leveraging lean manufacturing practicesLead a safety culture based on prevention and shared learning to achieve 0 safety incidentsDrive rigorous problem solving in support of continuous improvementLead continuous training efforts for team members to constantly build and refresh capabilityCollaborate with team members to make continuous progress toward zero process/product failuresInitiate root cause problem solving methods to drive down unplanned failuresCoach and develop the team members to allow them to grow their careers with the organizationPrioritize self-development and actively supports the development of the team Qualifications/RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeDesire to lead a team and develop careers for direct reportsExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical, planning and organizing skillsSolid computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience including supervisionFood and beverage industry experienceAPICS or Six Sigma certificationChange management experience#LI-JC1
