Manage, Support, and Maintain 3 Box Enterprise EIDs with 3000+ users
Must have a working knowledge of and experience with the following:
Box Governance
Box Shield
Box AI
Box Hubs
Box Sign
General Role Overview
User management: Managing user accounts, creating groups, and adding users to groups
File and folder management support: Viewing and editing organization files and folders and migrating files and folders
Security and permissions: Setting up automation to secure Box accounts, and understanding enterprise security and sharing
Reporting: Generating reports and running reports for groups
Integration: Integrating third-party applications and customizing Box to integrate with other products
Technical strategy: Contributing to technical strategy and supporting the creation of technical documentation
Business partnerships: Building and sustaining business partnerships and driving the adoption of the Box platform
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting, providing support, and analyzing tickets related to Box issues
Best practices: Assisting and guiding with Box's best practices and standards
Project implementation: Leading project implementations, including architecture designs and solution strategy
Technical documentation: Authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
Initial Project Duties: (First 6 months)
Upon successful onboarding, the candidate will work with the Information Technology Department, various other groups, and Box to restructure and further automate the Box Back-end of Salesforce, oversee the ongoing use of Box to ensure data is stored and secured in alignment with policy, and coordinate the audit of user access and privileges.
1. Box is used as the file and folder repository for Salesforce and has workflows from when an opportunity is being chased until it is awarded and then moved to a Project Folder. The current folder structure, access, and automation must be updated, further developed, and refined. We have worked with Box to outline how this would look, and we will have their support. However, we need the candidate to work with the internal teams to ensure we have captured the various requirements and automation. Once we feel confident we have captured everything, the candidate will schedule the timing and implement these changes.
2. As the standard repository for operational file storage, the candidate will review the current Box file storage usage models to ensure they align with policy and draft and apply remediation plans for use cases outside of policy.
3. The candidate will work closely with the Identity and Access Management teams to ensure Box users are provided with the least privileged access and that they are provisioned and deprovisioned promptly.

Skills and Requirements
Job Requirements
Thorough understanding of Box administration as described in the job description.
Strong technical troubleshooting ability required.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
System and software log analysis ability required.
Experience working with the ServiceNow ticketing system preferred but not required.
Experience automating both complex and common tasks.
Participate in bi-monthly, off-hours IT maintenance windows to perform intrusive maintenance tasks.
Education and Experience
Computer Science or Information Technology degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
2+ years of Box administration experience in a large scale enterprise.
Experience to drive projects to completion
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of system administration and development life cycle methodologies
Knowledge of Box system administration
Knowledge of disaster recovery processes
Able to promote a team environment
Solid interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
