Box Machine Operator - Weekly Pay

Job Description

We are a leading custom corrugated packaging company in the Midwestern United States. We specialize in producing custom boxes for various companies in the region. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable machine operator to join our team.

ResponsibilitiesStart as an insert person, pushing boxes through a machine.Operate the machine to print logos on the boxes.Check the quality of the printed boxes.Consistently push up to 50 lbs as part of the job.Essential SkillsExperience as a Machine Operator.General labor and production experience.Ability to work in a production environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.At least 6 months of production experience.Ability to push up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment can get hot in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning. The team consists of about 20 people on the production floor. The dress code requires candidates to wear steel toe boots, and the company provides shirts. The working hours are from 12:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
