WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Direct and supervise parking operations for VIP Industry Personnel, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience.

• Greet VIP Industry guests upon arrival and issue any tickets or credentials noted.

• Explain credential access to VIPs upon arrival.

• Escort VIP Industry guests into the building and to their seats – as needed.

• Coordinate with event staff and parking teams to ensure VIP parking spaces are reserved and properly maintained

• Communicate with Palladium management and security to ensure safe and secure parking for VIPs.

• Address any parking-related issues or concerns promptly.

• Maintain professionalism at all times

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest identities and any sensitive event information

• Assist with general parking flow

• Occasionally work box office will call or ticket sales shifts – if needed.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

· Previous experience in customer service

· Previous valet/parking management experience

· Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and Point of Sales systems

· Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

· Friendly and approachable demeanor with commitment to providing exceptional service

· High School Diploma

Preferred:

· Previous ticketing experience

· Working knowledge of Windows based PC programs

· Experience working in fast-paced, high-profile environments

· Familiarity with the music industry

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

· Working environment is fast-paced

· Ability to stand, walk, and assist guests for extended periods

· Position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions

· Event-based role with flexible hours based on event scheduling

The expected compensation for this position is:

$18.00 USD - $22.50 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
