The Box Office Ticket sellers are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service by selling tickets for various events at both the Huntington Center and Seagate Convention Centre facilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Selling event tickets to patrons mostly by using the Ticketmaster ticketing systemKeep the box office neat and orderly which includes sorting and alphabetizing event “will call” tickets and helping to file other ticket request paper work. Answer phone calls that deal with ticking information such as prices, dates/times and general overall knowledge of the facilitiesResponsible for managing and reconciling cash and credit card receipts at the end of each shiftShould be willing to work with little or no advance notice.
