Responsibilities + Serve as a senior member of the BPA development team to guide the client through the evaluation of PEGA modules and their relevance and suitability for the organization + Serve as a senior member of the BPA development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal PEGA-based solutions tailored to the client + Act as a technical leader on the BPA development team in execution of iterative releases of PEGA-based applications driven by the program + Influence and advise at all levels of the organization to help implementing recommended changes + Work with strategic partners and stakeholders to implement cultural changes needed for successful transition and implementation + Perform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projects + Drive business-need assessments and PEGA solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needs + Prepare and deliver progress metrics to internal and client teams using effective communication techniques + Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes + Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate + Excellent writing skills and ability to produce polished documentation + Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results + A team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor at a technical level + Polished professional with experience in a customer–facing role, including comprehending business needs, and solving complex problems + Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people + Drive development of education & outreach materials and other external communications as directed by TISTA leadership. + Facilitate meetings and discussion as needed for diverse and senior groups of government stakeholders and multiple contractor subject matter experts Qualifications + Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required + Minimum of 10 years of work experience + 8-10 years of progressive experience on BPM Methodology (Analysis, Design, Modeling, Executing, Monitoring, Optimization) + 8-10 years of experience in design and development of enterprise applications + Experience developing solutions in Java/J2EE or .NET in a Windows-based environment + Experience with PEGA Systems and development of PEGA-based solutions is required + Experience with PEGA’s AI powered CRM Suite and knowledge of PEGA Robotic Automation, PEGA DevOps + Coordinate with PEGA technical supports for getting “patch” created for known bugs/issues + Familiarity with PEGA Warranty / Manufacturing Frameworks + Familiarity with Agile software development practices + Certifications with PEGA Systems is desired + Develop solution/approach presentations for enterprise initiatives, develop prototypes for proof of concepts Education: + Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or a related field Clearance: + The ability to obtain a government moderate background security clearance Location:  + Remote, USA Pay Range: + The pay for this position ranges from $85,205 to $110,000.00. + The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. + Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. + TISTA associates are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits plan!
