BPO Sales Senior Director

Pay Range:

$120000 - $150000 / year

Purpose

Establish and nurture industry relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to welcome new clients into the Confie BPO family - This involves defining long-term strategic goals for the organization, cultivating essential customer relationships, spotting business prospects, negotiating and finalizing business agreements, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and other departments. Enhance sales opportunities and optimize revenue generation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by effectively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities Strategically identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to develop a robust pipeline of leads and prospects Proactively follow up with leads, clients, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are promptly addressed Manage sales pipeline to generate successful business outcomes Accurately forecast sales and track performance against target Develop an in-depth understanding of Confie BPO's service offerings and competitive advantages to effectively convey them to prospective clients Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of Confie BPO's services Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies Promote and exemplify Confie BPO's values internally and externally Champion Confie BPO's value proposition through proposals and presentations Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting multidisciplinary customer relationships Stay current with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies Collect and communicate customer feedback, insights, and concerns to internal teams Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to align go-to-market activities with sales priorities Utilize and keep up to date on all systems provided by the company that are relevant to the position

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Ability to hit the ground running 5+ years of key sales experience (Call Center/BPO experience a plus) Confident and relationship-builder Accomplished in strategic selling (e.g. Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling, etc.) Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot) or other sales management tools
