This company has been in business for over 40 years and is an industry leader in metal manufacturing for custom designing.  Responsibilities include:Monitor tool life and change as needed.Examine completed workpieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws.Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.Set stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components, such as rams or power presses, when making multiple or successive passes.Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data.Operate or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material. Requirements Include:Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team.Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Benefits:Multiple Healthcare Plans Dental Vision Accident, Disability, Life Direct Deposit/Pay Cards 401(k) Referral Bonuses Your New Organization: Join a team that values its employees, and provides competitive compensation.
