Responsibilities: Prepare weekly sales figures Capturing information into database software, ensuring data accuracy Assist Agents with ordering of stock Controlling reporting of Agent's demos Handle client queries via phone and walk-ins Order stock for agents, including demo stock and stationery Process supplier payment requests Manage petty cash Compile weekly and month-end reports Requirements: Previous administrative experience Computer literacy and proficiency in iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Ability to work overtime when required
