What You'll Do as a Business Manager:

Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including recruiting, staffing, and client management, while ensuring efficiency and compliance.Develop Your Team: Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented professionals to achieve exceptional results.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze branch financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
